Membership cards will be printed onsite. If you have purchased or renewed your membership online, your cards will be ready at the membership window one month from the date of purchase.

Free or discounted admission to over 140 zoos, aquariums and wildlife centers around the U.S. and Canada, plus discounted admission to select South Florida Attractions. A current list of parks offering reciprocal admission for our Members can be found using the button at the top of this page. The list is subject to change and Members should call host facilities before visiting to observe the rules and requirements for admission. Members MUST always show their Zoo Miami Membership ID and photo ID at participating parks.
There will be NO CHANGES, NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS after becoming a Member. Please be certain that all names, the appropriate category and all information are correct BEFORE paying for the Membership.
Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined and must be presented at time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued once sale is complete.
Children/ grandchildren (ages 3-17) listed on the Membership must be part of the named Member household.
Any "unnamed guest" or "child" included on your Membership MUST be accompanied by a named adult on the same Membership in order to enter the Zoo.
Membership is ONLY valid for the person named on the card and is non-transferable. Violation of this policy will be grounds for termination of the Membership.
Each named adult Member must present his/her Membership ID with a valid photo ID in order to gain access to Zoo Miami. Any child or guest card must also be shown for all children and/or guests. Name and address on both card and ID must be the same.
In the event a Member does not have their Membership ID, Zoo Miami will provide a one-time day pass. A second occurrence without valid card(s) present will result in a $10 reprint fee of all Membership IDs.
FIELD TRIPS: Your Membership CAN NOT be used if you and/or your child are part of a field trip receiving group admission rates to the zoo. This also includes corporate events/picnics where Members are part of a group receiving special group rates.
You may not change named adults to unnamed adults or vice versa during the year. Changes to any named or unnamed guests will only be allowed in the case of death, marriage or divorce resulting in a name change.
Code of Conduct: Members are the greatest supporters of the zoo with special privileges. Members and guests are expected to treat all animals, staff, volunteers and park guests with respect and courtesy. The Zoo Miami Foundation has the right to revoke any Membership or benefits from Members that do not abide by this Code of Conduct, or if it is deemed to have been used in an inappropriate manner.
Admittance into Zoo Miami grants permission to Zoo Miami and Zoo Miami Foundation to utilize guests' likeness, actions or statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display at Zoo Miami in any medium or context for commercial or promotional (Public Relations, marketing, social media, advertising, etc.) purposes without further authorization or compensation.
